Tasting profile

Structure: medium-bodied, low tannin, medium acidity, dry

Vaucrose is a single-site Tavel from Eric Pfifferling's Domaine de l'Anglore, from the lieu-dit Vaucrose on terra rossa, sand, pebbles and limestone: Grenache, Cinsault, Carignan and Clairette, whole-bunch semi-carbonic, native yeasts, no sulphur or additives, aged months in old foudres. A deep, vinous rosé with wild strawberry, red cherry, blood orange and garrigue; structured enough for the table and for ageing.
