A traditional Tavel from Château d'Aqueria, led by Grenache with Clairette, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, Syrah, Bourboulenc and Picpoul, made by saignée and gentle pressing and raised without oak. Deeper and fuller than most rosés, it shows black cherry and red berries with garrigue herbs and a savoury, peppery edge. A gastronomic rosé that drinks more like a light red and wants a real dish beside it.
