Botrytis gives concentrated apricot, pineapple and honey with candied citrus and a spicy, smoky slate note. Fine Mosel acidity keeps the sweetness poised and the finish long. Built for decades in bottle: with time the sweetness recedes and notes of caramel, quince and petrol come forward.
