Ripe peach, apricot and honey sit over a fine, cutting acidity and a slaty, mineral line, so the sweetness feels light rather than heavy. Prüm wines are bottled with a distinct reductive, yeasty note and are famously slow to open. They need years in bottle to show their fruit and gain notes of honey and dried fruit over decades.
