A non-vintage Extra Brut from Mareuil-sur-Aÿ premier cru, about half Pinot Noir with Chardonnay and some Meunier, dosed at around 2 g/l. Fresh and floral, with green apple, lemon and a touch of red berry over a fine, chalky backbone and light brioche.
