Four years' aging on the lees before disgorgement builds aromatic complexity beyond its dosage of 6 g/l, which keeps the wine firmly dry. White fruit and tea aromas lead on the nose, with lime and lemon citrus, ripening apple and a savoury, umami-edged finish carried by racy acidity.
