The blend is about half Chardonnay, with Pinot Noir and a little Meunier (the 2021 base: 50/40/10). It is bone-dry and taut, with citrus, white peach and red apple over a chalky backbone, and the Pinot gives it some width. With no added sugar, it is more precise than generous.
