It is 100% Bannockburn fruit from the estate on Felton Road, farmed with the same organic, no-till, regenerative approach as the single blocks, and made the same way: wild fermented, handled with restraint. Expect the house signature at a more open pitch — bright red cherry and dark berry with schist minerality, floral lift and fine tannins, layered but immediately generous. Named for the goldfields that gave Bannockburn its scarred, mysterious landscape.
