The estate wine, drawn across Terra Sancta's four Bannockburn vineyards on Felton Road rather than from a single block — the house describes it as the Pinot Noir expressing their heart, and it works as the clearest introduction to what Bannockburn tastes like. Organic, no-till and regeneratively farmed like everything here, wild fermented, minimal intervention. Layered and finely poised, with red and dark cherry, floral lift, a schist-driven mineral undercurrent and tannins that are present without being demanding. It has less of the depth of Slapjack or the structure of Jackson's Block, but more range than either, which is rather the point of an estate blend. Serve around 14°C.
