Tasting profile

Structure: full-bodied, high tannin, high acidity, dry

Roversi is a Piedmont label of the Mondodelvino group, made at its winery in Priocca from bought-in Nebbiolo. This is its classic Barolo DOCG, a blend rather than a single cru, fermented in steel and aged about two years in large oak before a year in bottle. Plum and dried cherry fruit with rose and violet perfume and sweet spice. High acidity and firm tannins, in a more approachable, modern style than traditional Barolo.
