An unusual three-way blend from the Uco Valley — Malbec for dark-fruited depth, Syrah for pepper and savoury lift, Cabernet Franc for graphite and a herbal edge. The combination is rare anywhere and works because altitude keeps all three fresh rather than letting the ripeness flatten their differences. Dark plum and blackberry with violet, black pepper, graphite and dried herb. Full-bodied with fine tannin and a long finish. From one of the founding estates of the Clos de los Siete project at Vistalba.
