SurSur

Tasting profile

Structure: light-bodied, low tannin, high acidity, dry

Donnafugata's Grillo from western Sicily, fermented cool in stainless steel and kept in tank and bottle before release, so nothing comes between the fruit and the glass. Fresh and savoury, with white peach, citrus and a touch of tropical fruit over wildflowers and a salty, shell-like finish. A bright, unoaked white to drink young and well chilled.

Serving: Serve at 8–10 °C.
