A certified-organic rosé Cava from Codorníu's Vintage range, the Sant Sadurní d'Anoia house that made Spain's first traditional-method sparkling wine. It blends Garnacha with Pinot Noir and Monastrell, aged on the lees in bottle. Pale pink, with strawberry, raspberry and red cherry, a citrus lift and a faint toasty note, light-bodied with lively bubbles and a dry, refreshing finish.
