Codorníu's Selección Familia Raventós Rosé, an organic Cava Reserva built mainly on Pinot Noir (around 85%), with Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada. The Pinot Noir is macerated briefly for colour, and the wine ages on its lees in Codorníu's cellars at Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. Pale pink with fine bubbles, strawberry, raspberry and red currant over a toasted-bread note, dry and fresh. A versatile aperitif and seafood sparkler.
