Tasting profile
Structure: light-bodied, low tannin, medium acidity, dry
Domaine La Catherinette is a Jouve family estate of more than a century's standing in Laval-Saint-Roman, in the northern Gard between the Ardèche gorges and the Cèze valley. Its Côtes du Rhône rosé blends Grenache with Cinsault and Syrah: pale salmon-pink, with strawberry, redcurrant and white peach, a touch of white pepper and southern garrigue. Dry and light on its feet, with gentle acidity and a soft, round finish. A rosé built for freshness, not for the cellar.
Serving: Serve at 8–10 °C.
