Tasting profile

Structure: medium-bodied, high acidity, dry

Taittinger's Brut Millésimé is made only in fine years from a roughly equal blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, drawn mainly from grand and premier cru villages, and aged around five years on the lees. It carries the house's Chardonnay-led finesse: white peach, lemon and pear with honeysuckle, then brioche and almond as it ages, on a fine, lively mousse. Elegant and fresh, it is lovely on release and develops for a decade.
