Tasting profile

Structure: light-bodied, low tannin, medium acidity, dry

An organic Grillo from Ramaddini, a family winery in the fishing village of Marzamemi near Noto in south-eastern Sicily; the name nassa is the traditional fish trap of that coast. Bottled young as DOC Sicilia, it is a light, dry and fresh white with lemon, green apple, white flowers and a touch of melon over a gently salty finish, made for the year or two after the vintage.

Serving: Serve at 8–10 °C.
