Tasting profile

Structure: medium-bodied, low tannin, high acidity, dry

The house blend of Pertois-Moriset, a grower family at Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. It is roughly half Pinot Noir and half Chardonnay, built on one main harvest with 20–30% from a perpetual reserve, raised in stainless steel and aged about two years on the lees. Pale, with pear, citrus and red-berry fruit over almond and brioche. Dosed very low, so it is fresh and precise rather than rich. Best drunk within a few years of release.

Serving: Serve at 6–8 °C.
