Tasting profile
Structure: medium-bodied, low tannin, high acidity, dry
A Campania IGT rosato from Nativ in Irpinia, made entirely from Aglianico grown on volcanic soils with clay-limestone layers. The grapes are picked late, around the end of October, pressed briefly and gently, fermented in steel and rested about two months in bottle before release. Dry and fresh at around 13%, with an antique-pink colour, it shows cherry, pink grapefruit, white flowers and a peppery lift, with more grip and savour than most rosés thanks to Aglianico.
Serving: Serve at 12–14 °C.
