Tasting profile
Structure: full-bodied, medium tannin, medium acidity, dry
Musella is a Demeter-certified biodynamic estate in the east of the Valpolicella zone. Its Amarone Riserva is made from dried Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella with about 10% Oseleta. It ages around two years in large oak casks and then rests at least a year in bottle before release. Expect sour cherry, strawberry jam and dried plum with leather, roasted and herbal notes, carried by a silky texture, compact tannins and lively acidity that keep the weight in balance.
