Georges Duboeuf's Beaujolais-Villages is a négociant blend of Gamay from the granite and schist villages of northern Beaujolais, made mostly by semi-carbonic fermentation in tank to keep the fruit forward. It is juicy and bright, with red cherry, raspberry and redcurrant, a violet lift, light spice, soft tannins and fresh acidity. It is made for drinking young, slightly cool, within its first few years.

Serving: Serve at 13–15 °C.
