Tasting profile

Structure: medium-bodied, medium tannin, medium acidity, dry

The Côtes du Rhône red of Domaine de Dionysos, the Farjon family's organically farmed estate at Uchaux in the southern Rhône, where the family has grown vines since 1720. Grenache-led with Syrah, it offers ripe red cherry and raspberry with garrigue herbs, violet and a peppery lift, carried by supple tannin and fresh acidity. A generous, honest everyday southern Rhône made to be enjoyed in its first few years.

Serving: Serve at 15–17 °C.
