Tasting profile

Structure: medium-bodied, low tannin, medium acidity, dry

San Vincenzo is Roberto Anselmi's Veneto Bianco IGT, about 70% Garganega with Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, from volcanic hillside vineyards in Monteforte d'Alpone in the Soave hills. Anselmi left the Soave DOC in 2000 and bottles his wines as IGT. The wine is fresh and rounded, with pear, white peach and yellow apple fruit, an almond note typical of Garganega and a clean, lightly mineral finish. It is made to drink in its first few years.
