Tasting profile
Structure: medium-bodied, low tannin, high acidity, dry
Angelo Negro's flagship Arneis from the Perdaudin vineyard in Monteu Roero, bottled as Roero Arneis Riserva. Fermented cool in stainless steel without malolactic, then kept on its lees and in bottle before release, it shows floral acacia and orange blossom over pear and pineapple, with a firm, mineral finish. More structured than standard Arneis and able to gain texture over several years.
Serving: Serve at 9–11 °C.
