Tasting profile

Structure: light-bodied, low tannin, high acidity, dry

The Chignin blanc of André et Michel Quenard is Jacquère from the family's steep, south-facing slopes around Chignin, one of Savoie's named crus, on limestone scree beneath the Alps. Crisp and refreshing with a little more depth than most Jacquère: green apple and grapefruit with white flowers, fennel and almond, a flinty edge and a clean, bright finish.

Serving: Serve at 8–10 °C.
