A concentrated, mineral-driven Sauvignon Blanc from Maria und Sepp Muster's Demeter-certified biodynamic vineyards on Opok marl in Südsteiermark. Hand-harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts in large neutral oak casks, then aged some twenty months unfined and unfiltered, it carries grapefruit and apple-compote fruit over a faint textural grip and racy acidity.
