Blackcurrant and dark plum with cedar, dried herbs, tobacco leaf and the eucalyptus lift Coonawarra Cabernet carries almost as a signature. Full-bodied with firm, well-defined tannin and the acidity the cool climate preserves, savoury on the finish and built for the cellar.
