St Hugo's Barossa Shiraz, from the premium range of the Orlando winery, which grew out of Jacob's Creek. It is made from Barossa Valley fruit and matured in French oak. A generous, ripe style: blackberry and dark plum with pepper, dark chocolate and mocha, fine but plentiful tannins and a long, warm finish. It drinks well from about three years after the vintage and develops over ten years or more.
