Tasting profile
Structure: medium-bodied, high acidity, dry
Rotari's flagship Trento DOC Riserva, a vintage blanc de blancs from hillside Chardonnay in the Adige valley, made by the traditional method and aged around five years on its lees. The long lees ageing gives brioche, hazelnut and honey over baked apple, white peach and citrus zest, with a fine, creamy mousse carried by mountain acidity and a long, dry finish. A serious mountain sparkler that rewards a few further years in bottle.
