Tasting profile

Structure: light-bodied, high acidity, dry

A dry traditional-method sparkler from the Diois, built on Clairette with Aligoté and a small share of Muscat. Fine bubbles carry green apple, citrus and white flowers, with a light almond note from time on lees, and it finishes clean and taut rather than fruity. Not to be confused with Clairette de Die Tradition, the sweet Muscat-led ancestral-method wine made on the same hillsides.
