Dinotte is Mezzacorona's Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT red blend. It joins Trentino's native Teroldego and Marzemino with Merlot. Teroldego gives dark berry fruit (blackberry, red currant, blueberry) and structure. Marzemino adds a juicy, supple middle, and Merlot rounds it out. Part of the Teroldego and Merlot matures in lightly toasted, three-year-old French oak, which adds soft vanilla and cocoa notes without heaviness. It is plump, velvety and approachable: a versatile everyday red for pizza, pasta and grilled meats, made to drink young rather than to cellar.
