Tasting profile
Structure: medium-bodied, medium acidity, dry
A single-vineyard Soave Classico of pure Garganega from the Ferra hill, a volcanic-gravel site the Rizzardi family has owned since 1977 and bottled on its own since 2014. It is fermented in glazed cement and then aged about six months in large casks, which adds body without obvious oak. Ripe stone and tropical fruit sit over a smoky, flinty, minty core.
