Terra Montosa Riesling

Tasting profile

Structure: light-bodied, high acidity, dry

Georg Breuer's Terra Montosa is a dry Rheingau Riesling (sold as trocken in some markets) drawn from the estate's own sites around Rüdesheim, sitting between the Estate wines and the single-vineyard Grosse Lagen. Slender and bone dry, around 11.5% alcohol, with lime, green apple and white peach over a stony, mineral core and bright acidity. Good young, and it gains depth over its first five or more years.
