Riesling Sauvage

Tasting profile

Structure: light-bodied, low tannin, high acidity, dry

GB Sauvage is Georg Breuer's introductory dry Riesling, blended from several of the estate's Rheingau sites and fermented in stainless steel. It is steely and citrus-driven, with green apple, white peach and a stony, slightly herbal edge. A young bottle can show a little reductive, yeasty character that clears with air or a year in bottle.
