Domaine Decelle & Fils is the Burgundy project Olivier Decelle set up in 2017, working organically and with a light hand — whole bunches where the fruit allows, restrained new oak. Expect red cherry and raspberry over wet earth and violet, medium-bodied, with fine tannin and the bright acidity of the Côte de Beaune. Approachable in the medium term rather than a bottle to bury.
