Ça Va Sans Dire

Tasting profile

Structure: full-bodied, low tannin, high acidity, dry

Ça Va Sans Dire is a rare white from Cascina Baricchi of Neviglie, the family estate better known for Barbaresco from the Nebbiolo Rosé clone: old-vine Timorasso held for years on its fine lees in neutral French oak before release, in tiny quantities. Citrus and dried apricot with hazelnut, honeyed depth and a distinctive nutty salinity, full-bodied yet fresh. Released mature and still able to age.
