Tasting profile
Structure: full-bodied, high tannin, medium acidity, dry
Single-vineyard Malbec from Finca Bella Vista at Perdriel in Luján de Cuyo, one of Mendoza's classic old-vine sites on stony alluvial ground. Lower and warmer than the Uco Valley vineyards, so the fruit is darker and rounder — black cherry and cassis with violet, tobacco and a stony, mineral thread — and the tannins are substantial but ripe. Concentrated and structured, made to be cellared rather than poured young.

Where it comes from
Mendoza, Argentina
