Tasting profile

Structure: full-bodied, medium acidity, dry

A Rhône-style white from estate vines planted between 1973 and 1985 at historic Yeringberg in the Yarra Valley, roughly two-thirds Marsanne and one-third Roussanne. The varieties are made separately and aged in seasoned oak, giving a floral, textural wine of honeysuckle, pear and quince with a savoury, long finish that gains honeyed, beeswax depth with age.

Serving: Serve at 10–12 °C.
