Structure: full-bodied, low tannin, high acidity, dry

The top Chardonnay of Weingut Wittmann, Philipp Wittmann's biodynamic VDP estate in Westhofen, Rheinhessen, from limestone and loam sites. Full but precise, with bright acidity, and one of Germany's finest Chardonnays.
