Tasting profile (AI-generated)
Structure: medium-bodied, low tannin, high acidity, off-dry
From the Mäushöhle Großes Gewächs-eligible vineyard in Deidesheim, this von Buhl Riesling shows the Pfalz's warmer character — riper stone fruit and white peach alongside classic Riesling lime and a stony, mineral backbone. The acidity is lively but less austere than Mosel counterparts, giving a rounder, more approachable feel while retaining freshness. Listed as NV, it likely represents a cellar or entry-level blend from this site, making it an easy-drinking yet characterful everyday Riesling.
