Viñas del Vero's Gewürztraminer from its El Enebro vineyard in Somontano, at 400 metres in the Pyrenean foothills of Aragón. Fermented in stainless steel with no oak and finished with a touch of residual sugar (around 12 g/l), it is unmistakably aromatic: lychee, rose petal and tropical mango and pineapple with a gingery spice. Round and off-dry with fresh acidity, it is made for drinking young and suits spicy Asian food.
