Tasting profile

Structure: medium-bodied, low tannin, high acidity, dry

The Four Graces' Willamette Valley Pinot Noir, now part of Foley Family Wines, blended from estate sites in the Dundee Hills (Foley Family and Black Walnut), Yamhill-Carlton (Doe Ridge) and the Van Duzer Corridor (Weathergage), plus other Willamette Valley fruit. It is 100% Pinot Noir aged nine months in French oak, 20% new. Huckleberry, dried cherry, orange peel, clove and cedar on the nose; fine tannins carry pomegranate and tart strawberry, and bright acidity holds the finish.
