Taaibosch's Cabernet Franc-led Bordeaux blend from the Helderberg side of Stellenbosch, on the former Cordoba farm: roughly two thirds Cabernet Franc with Merlot and a little Cabernet Sauvignon. Elegant rather than heavy, with red and black currant, plum and graphite, a herbal, fynbos lift and fine-grained tannins over cedar-tinged oak.
