Tasting profile

Structure: light-bodied, low tannin, medium acidity, dry

Lune Juice is Subject to Change Wine Co.'s nouveau-style, chillable Zinfandel from the 50-year-old, dry-farmed Hillside Vineyard in Talmage, Mendocino County, farmed by Humberto Nuñez. Two weeks of carbonic maceration keep it light and bright at around 12.5% alcohol: crunchy raspberry, bramble and cherry with pomegranate, a peppery Zinfandel edge and a floral lift, minimal tannin and a juicy, refreshing finish.

Serving: Serve at 11–14 °C.
