Tasting profile

Structure: full-bodied, medium tannin, high acidity, dry

Spring Valley Vineyard's Merlot and Cabernet Franc estate blend from the Walla Walla Valley, named after Uriah Corkrum. The two grapes trade the lead from vintage to vintage (2021: 54% Merlot; 2023: 60% Cabernet Franc), and 2022 has a dash of Malbec. It is aged about 19 months in French oak. It is fresher and more floral than the estate's Cabernet-led Frederick: red and blue fruit, violet and rose petal, smooth tannins and a juicy, mouthwatering finish.

Serving: Serve at 16–18 °C.
