Tasting profile
Structure: medium-bodied, low tannin, high acidity, dry
A varietal Sémillon from Margaret River under Olivia Tate's Narrative label, drawn from the Tate family's vineyard. It is dry and bright, with citrus, lemongrass, snow pea and green melon over high natural acidity. Waxy, lanolin notes build with a few years in bottle. Margaret River Sémillon is riper and rounder than the lean Hunter style. It is at its best in its first five or six years.
