Tasting profile
Structure: light-bodied, low tannin, high acidity, dry
Jamie Kutch's Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir, a blend from cool, coastal vineyards made with a high proportion of whole clusters, native yeasts and no new oak — the low-alcohol, high-acid style that made Kutch a leader of California's "new Pinot" movement. Red cherry, cranberry and raspberry with rose petal, orange peel and forest floor, light-bodied, crunchy and transparent. Lovely young and better with a few years in bottle.
