An unusual blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Tempranillo and (in some vintages) Caladoc, aged around six months in French oak. Blackberry, plum and cherry with black pepper and dried herbs, medium-bodied, with firm tannins and good acidity. Falstaff gave the 2016 91 points. Serve at 16–17°C with grilled meats and Lebanese mezze.
