Reseca is Gulfi's Etna bottling, made away from the estate's Nero d'Avola heartland at Chiaramonte Gulfi and from Nerello Mascalese grown on the volcano's black sands. Pale and deceptively light-framed, with sour cherry and wild strawberry cut by blood orange, dried oregano and a smoky, ashy minerality. High acidity and firm, powdery tannin give it a Nebbiolo-like grip beneath the perfume.
