Tasting profile
Structure: full-bodied, medium tannin, medium acidity, dry
A varietal Cabernet Franc from Frichette, the small family winery in Benton City that works only Red Mountain fruit. Ripe blueberry and raspberry on the nose, mocha and blue fruit on the palate, with vanilla and baking spice from new French oak. Fruit-driven and plush, with soft, fine tannins and a lift of the grape's herbal edge; Red Mountain's warmth gives it more weight than a Loire Franc.
